Cafe Vega in Norway

The Technical Support Unit (TSU) for Capacity Building based at the Norwegian Environment Agency in Trondheim received a pack of Cafe Vega to warm their spirits....the outside temperature at that time was about 2^o C with occasional flurries of snow. The TSU is funded by the Norwegian government and is integral to implementation of the work programme of the Intergovernmental Platform for Biodiversity and Ecosystem Services (IPBES).
